Shipping & Handling
All US orders - We do offer complimentary shipping on select items. We ship Monday through Friday 9:00 AM- 4:30 PM. Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery. We do not ship on observed national holidays.
*All orders over $50.00 are subject to a signature confirmation.*
Your order may be delayed or refunded if your address comes up "unconfirmed". We do send an email to verify your information.
Please be sure to confirm your shipping address prior to completing transaction we only ship to confirmed addresses and must be shipped to name and address listed at time of order. If you notice any changes needed after transaction is complete, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org right away. We are not responsible nor liable for any incorrect addresses entered by our customers.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation with your tracking number. It is important that you are aware when your package will be delivered. Once your order has been delivered to the address you provided and there is delivery confirmation from USPS, Fedex or UPS we are no longer liable for the order.
All International orders - We choose the most cost effective way to ship to keep our customers cost down. If you would like to arrange for expedited shipping, please contact us immediately after you place your order at email@example.com and we will arrange faster shipping.
All International customers are responsible for paying any taxes and/or custom fees on orders. Please verify with your local customs agency for any additional information.
Refund & Return Policies-
We do not offer any refunds on any used products.
If your product has not been used please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Decisions are made on a case by case basis and products must be in original packaging and condition as shipped out.
